EnemyScalez Agency, LLC ("EnemyScalez," "we," "us") is a growth marketing agency based in Lubbock, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (the "Site") and how we handle it. It doesn't apply to any third-party site we link to, or to the accounts/platforms we manage on behalf of clients.

When you use our quote form or the newsletter "Sign Up" link, the Site opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to us. We only receive what you choose to send — typically your name, business name, email, phone number, and any notes you include. The Site itself does not store form submissions in a database; your message reaches us the same way any email does.
Information collected automatically
This Site does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or cookie-based tracking. The one automatic data flow is loading web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to display our typography. Google may log standard request information — like your IP address — when your browser fetches those font files, under Google's own privacy practices, not ours.
